Upgrading a Masaar villa or townhouse, from handover snagging and joinery to pergolas, pools and landscaping, with Arada's approval and contractors handled by one team.
Masaar is Arada's forest-themed villa and townhouse community in Sharjah, handing over in phases. Owners are personalising new homes: built-in joinery, kitchens, lighting, and gardens made for outdoor living.
External changes follow the community's guidelines, which protect its green, low-rise character, and new homes are under warranty, so we plan upgrades with both in mind.

Masaar is an Arada community in Sharjah. External changes, pergolas, pools and structural work need approval from Arada's community management against the community guidelines, followed where required by a Sharjah Municipality permit through a registered consultant, and SEWA approval if services change. We confirm the route and manage the approvals.
