Renewing an established Al Raha Gardens home, from kitchens, bathrooms and AC to layouts and gardens, with Aldar's approval, permits and contractors handled by one team.
Al Raha Gardens is one of Aldar's established family communities, with eleven sub-communities of villas and townhouses completed from around 2009. Many homes now have original kitchens and bathrooms, ageing AC and plumbing, and layouts that families want to open up.
In homes of this age the services matter as much as the finishes, so we inspect the AC, plumbing and electrics before planning the visible work. External changes, pools and covered structures follow Aldar's community guidelines and the DMT permit process.
Homes date from around 2009 onwards, so services renewal and full refurbishments are common.
3 and 4-bedroom townhouses, where kitchens, storage and a more open ground floor make the biggest difference.
3 to 5-bedroom villas with more room for pools, outdoor living and larger layout changes.
From Lehweih and Hemaim to Yasmina and Khannour, each has its own layouts and plot sizes, so we start from your specific unit.
Al Raha Gardens is an Aldar community. Changes to the exterior, layout or structure, and additions such as pools and pergolas, need approval from Aldar's community management before work starts. Structural work, extensions and pools then need a building permit from Abu Dhabi's Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT), applied for through TAMM by a DMT-classified consultant. Smaller works such as pools, canopies and small extensions may qualify for DMT's simplified minor-works route. We confirm the route, prepare the drawings, and manage both approvals through to issue.

We talk through what you want, visit your home, and look at what's behind the walls before anyone quotes.
We define the scope, coordinate any design work, and give you a realistic budget and timeline to approve.
We handle the Aldar approval and permits, tender the work to vetted contractors, and recommend the best value.
We supervise on site, report progress, snag every detail, and hand over a finished home.
Start with the AC, plumbing and electrics. After fifteen years they are often due for replacement, and it is far cheaper to do that before new kitchens and finishes go in.
For anything beyond cosmetic work, generally yes: Aldar's community approval, and a DMT building permit for structural work, extensions and pools. We confirm what your plans need.
Often, yes, depending on the scope. We phase the work to keep the house liveable and tell you when moving out for part of it makes more sense.
A few details are enough to get started. We'll come back to you to arrange a call or site visit.
