The older North Village clusters, Quortaj and Dubai Style, are mostly 3 to 5-bedroom homes inspired by regional architecture, while newer clusters such as Murooj Al Furjan and Tilal Al Furjan offer larger villas, many with private pools.

Al Furjan is a Nakheel community. Renovations that change the outside of the villa, add built-up area, add a pool or covered structure, or involve structural work need a Home Modification NOC from Nakheel, followed by a building permit from the relevant authority. Extensions may carry a fee for additional built-up area. We prepare the drawings, confirm what your plot allows, and manage the approvals through to issue.
